Hi Ujjaval Providing you have Tcl/Tk development packages installed, you should check the Tcl and Tk are being detected by SCons, and that the resulting tcltk/interface/libascendtcl.so (in case of Linux) is being built. If so, you should be able to run easily with the command tcltk/asc4dev.
