You need to read up on the mapping of MSYS paths to/from Windows paths.
On my system, something like the following works for me:
export PATH=$PATH:/c/Python27:/c/Python27/Scripts:/opt/swigwin-2.0.4
scons

hi mentor,
I have added scripts and swig in my path
C:\MinGW\msys\1.0\Scripts and
C:\MinGW\msys\1.0\swigwin-2.0.4\swigwin-2.0.4
but when i write scons in command line of msys , it shows command not
found.
