There is some documentation concerning the syntax for dynamic modelling here:

In this book there is a detailed tutorial in chapter 12.1. If you have some 
more concrete
questions, please ask them.

Last summer I implemented the new syntax, though now it is availiable only in 
my branch.
If you want, you can check out the code from my branch (code/branches/ksenija). 
This 
syntax is more convenient and easy to understand. I have written a short 
description of
how to use it on my page (http://ascend4.org/Ksenija_Bestuzheva#Final_report.) 
and
some more detailed documentation in a lyx file:
