Hi all
I noticed that a key ASCEND documentation file, our ASCEND Manuel
'book.pdf' was missing from the page
http://ascend4.org/Category:Documentation. I have restored the missing
file, though I note that LyX 2.1 is not giving the current chapter
cross-references that I believe were working correctly with previous
versions. If anyone knows how to fix this, I'd be keen to hear about it!
Anyway, the ASCEND manual is now accessible from there, or directly now
via http://ascend4.org/d/up/6/61/Book.pdf
Cheers
JP
