Hi Stuart,

Just to let you know that this theme or the style in action at MPLW project page is not XHTML 1.1 ready

Run the W3C HTML validator ( http://validator.w3.org ) to see that page http://volnitsky.com/project/mplw/ get 20 errors and 1 warning

The website is generated with additional HTML customization. The distributed volnitsky theme does not change the generated XHTML 1.1 it only changes the CSS. I validated the AsciiDoc User Guide and the distributed example article using the theme without any errors. Give the trunk a whirl and get back if you have any validation problems.

I've just committed an xhtml11 theme contributed by Leonid Volnitsky
    to the trunk:

http://code.google.com/p/asciidoc/source/detail?r=1ba8886d0ee4369e94bea8b5e9b7dea5799a582a

To try it out just set the theme attribute to volnitsky e.g.

     asciidoc -a theme=volnitsky doc/article.txt

You can see the styling in action on Leonid's website e.g.
    http://volnitsky.com/project/mplw/

    Cheers, Stuart
