Nice work Dag, quite a different look to my one. Nicely coded and well documented.
If you send me a screenshot (same size as the on http://www.methods.co.nz/asciidoc/index.html#_vim_syntax_highlighter) I will put it alongside the other screenshot (same applies to anyone else out there with alternative syntax highlighters).
