This is the price you pay for specifying where the slides should be.
You can't guarentee that everything is inside a slide tag in HTML. So,
slidy things it's background ("slide master") material.

I'm starting with a slide show and adding to it for the complete
document, rather than starting with a complete document and taking stuff
away.
