A little detail: when an item can be folded or unfolded, there is a
specific little icon (see http://www.w3.org/Talks/Tools/Slidy2/#(10)).
I think it will appear if the icons in 
http://www.w3.org/Talks/Tools/Slidy2/graphics/
(for example: http://www.w3.org/Talks/Tools/Slidy2/graphics/fold-dim.gif)
where included in asciidoc distribution.
