I would suggest to enhance the examples that are distributed with asciidoc (e.g. doc/book.txt) with the stuff like partintro, bibliodiv, indexterms etc. Also an asciidoc.conf file with comments could be included and mentioned in comments in book.txt so people could easily find out how to achieve various things using Asciidoc.
BTW.
