It's included in 8.6.3. I had no trouble installing that (on Ubuntu
10.10) from the asciidoc download.

Hi,
I'm a lecturer wishing to move my notes to a text based format. Thanks
to all those who make contributions and give support.
I'm having problems getting slidy to work properly. I can generate a
HTML page from a simple file (see below) with this command "asciidoc
01-slidy.txt". It produces a static html file. I get an error when I
try this
"asciidoc --backend slidy 01-slidy.txt "
asciidoc: WARNING: missing backend conf file: slidy.conf
asciidoc: FAILED: incomplete configuration files
I can find no slidy.conf on my system (Ubuntu 10.04) and when I search
"http://pkgs.org/ubuntu-10.10/ubuntu-main-i386/
asciidoc_8.5.2-1ubuntu1_all.deb.html" its not present either. [the
same is true of the Debian Sid "http://pkgs.org/debian-sid/debian-main-
i386/asciidoc_8.5.2-1_all.deb.html"].
I have also tried including ":backend: slidy" after :author but no it
makes no difference. Any help appreciated.
