Trying a simple test case that does the following:

<<<<

== Page Two

This should be on a new page.

<<<<

== Page Three

This should be on a new page also.

The .xml has the proper encoding (for example):

<simpara><?asciidoc-pagebreak?></simpara>
</section>
<section id="_page_two">

but the generated .tex file does not have the expected /newpage
directive:

\section{Page Two}
\label{_page_two}\hyperlabel{_page_two}%

This should be on a new page.
