I'd like to define a default table style of
[grid="none",frame="topbot",options="header"]. This works ok:
[tabledef-default]
style=topbot
topbot-style=frame="topbot",grid="none"
However, adding options="header" or header-option="" to the end of
topbot-style gives an error message ("malformed presubs attribute:
header" or "malformed entry topbot-style", respectively).
What is the right way to do this?
