Configuration is:
Ubuntu 10.04, asciidoc-8.5.1-1ubuntu1 (from repository) the test file
is asciidoc.1.txt taken from the examples that came in the ubuntu
distribution.
to build the xml:
a2x -d manpage --icons -f docbook doc/asciidoc.1.txt
to display the xml:
yelp file:///home/lorenzo/[redacted]/doc/asciidoc.1.xml
No text is displayed in the main (center) part of the window.
The page renders with the refsect1 tagged element titles shown in a
left sidebar box.
Clicking on any of these gets a "page not found" error dialog with
text
"The page _description was not found in the document /home/
lorenzo[redacted]/doc/asciidoc.xml."
The right sidebar has an "About This Document" and the page title
"asciidoc(1)".
Clicking the About This Document also gets a "page not found" error
dialog.
