Is asciidoc's graphviz filter support imagemap feature of graphviz?
http://www.graphviz.org/doc/info/output.html#d:imap
If yes, then how to use it (i.e. how to make a link from some digraph node
inlined or included in file A.txt to file B.txt - just like link:B[] does)?
If no, then is there exists other ways to do similar things?
