I've been using asciidoc to generate reports for a number of years and cross linking within a document has always worked fine when the generated output is sent via email and then viewed in Thunderbird. Unfortunately, some users now want to view these emails in MS Outlook and these links then don't work.
The asciidoc text I'm using is something like: <<andyd,AndyD>> ... [[andyd]] Has anyone had this problem before? If so, is there any type of work around? The only work around I can think of at the moment is to tell these users not to be so stupid and use a proper mail reading tool!
