And I hope to do more work on the zipped version and importing
templates later this week.  Probably including image files so they
don't have to be encoded in the data-uri.

Stuart will probably be back when the rugby world cup is over (or when
the all blacks are knocked out) and we can discuss solidifying the
extendable a2x.
