Thanks, I fixed the verbose issue, added the pixel size option (not uploaded yet).
I will provide it as a downloadable filter plugin asap. I will upload everything soon, but I would like to find out why I get a "asciidoc: WARNING: test.adoc: line 2: missing style: [blockdef- listing]: qrode" Error on some machines first.
