The most simple example was part of the same mail. If you run this (do add a
doctitle first !) through asciidoc using the odt backend, you will see that
the titles inside the openblock spawn an error and the titles are missing
from the openblock (which has 2 columns).

But do look also at the columns-style openblock implementation in
asciidoc-odf.
