Hi,

It seems like that I misused macro 'image:'. So, is there any way to
insert an image which is only available from the Internet, and I don't
want to save a local copy? For example:

 Here is the HTML5 logo:

 image:http://www.w3.org/html/logo/downloads/HTML5_Logo_128.png[]
