I've added it the list of 'Documents written using AsciiDoc' (http://www.methods.co.nz/asciidoc/#X2). If you get time to package it up into a downloadable plugin that would be great and I'll add it to the backend plugins list (http://www.methods.co.nz/asciidoc/plugins.html).
