Thank you for your replies. Ok, in certain cases titles are ambiguous, it
make sense. I imposing to myself a set of rules to prevent this, like the
blank line before closing a block. Tables with 'asciidoc' style to emulate a
labeled horizontal list with blocks in second columns works great.
