Asciidoc does not generate hyperlinks for callouts. The example you show is chunked xhtml generated by docbook-xsl from docbook generated by asciidoc. Unfortunately docbook does not permit callouts in things like paragraphs so it will not allow you to use them in tables. You will have to create the list and the links yourself to use them in tables.
