Hi all,
I want to place the headers of some listing-blocks into the left or
right page-margin. I am using the toolchain of asciidoc producing
docbook-xml, then xsltproc for .fo and then fop for .pdf.
Well, looks more like a docbook question ... but anyway, ideas?
