I'm trying to create man pages using asciidoc, using the latest version
from MacPorts (8.6.8) on Mac OS X 10.6.

If I try to use headings such as SEE ALSO and FILES, I'm getting an "error
status 4", and the message from the a2x command, using the verbose option:
"validity error : Element refsect1 content does not follow the DTD". If I
remove those headings, and use only the headings mentioned in the User
Guide, everything works correctly.

Is there a way I can add those headings, or any other headings I need, so
that they can be used in the man pages? Also, please let me know if I need
to provide further information.
