but well, here is the same patch joined
and a sample using it derived from git's documentation.
Apologies for the confusion, I took a quick look and saw it was Debian
specific so didn't think it was intended for Asciidoc.
It's distribution specific and belongs with the downstream
packager patches.
no worry ;) indeed, the patch is distribution specific,
but the URL is for AsciiDoc's devs to decide,
and that's why I've written to this list:
to have a confirmation that:
http://asciidoc.googlecode.com/hg/docbook-xsl/
is to be used.
This URL won't change (never say never, but there's no foreseeable
reason that it would).
