There are six test cases in .txt file and the .html file is the output.

The exact toolchain command lives in a comment @ the top of the .txt file.

Maybe this is just a misunderstanding on my part.

The docs seem to indicate (((...))) three parens is one form of index while
(( ... )) two parens is another form. I'm trying to use the two parens form
to index quotes (strings with embedded commas inside double quotes).

Maybe there's some special sytax to handle this documented that I'm missing.
