Again you have not said what backend and what toolchain if its the docbook
backend, please do that on every question.

The proper way to change the appearance of links is backend specific, for
docbook it depends on the toolchain and is outside the scope of this list,
for asciidoc generated xhtml use use an extra css via docinfo (see user
guide 8.2.1).
