Html generated by asciidoc  is all one page, so the concept of "coversheet"
doesn't really exist, so you can only put the logo after the header.

Coversheets for chunked HTML and PDF generated from docbook depends on the
particular tool chain and I admit can be quite complex, and is beyond the
scope of this list, see Faq #3 for references to particular toolchain
documentation.  More help would be available on the list for the particular
toolchain.
