Is there any way to inform a2x to not only keep artifacts ( --keep-artifacts ) but also reuse them? I'm in the process of rewriting some docs in AsciiDoc to utilize its capabilities of multiple output formats and building the output using make. Without reuse, this significantly increases how long it takes to build them. When I manually ran the commands, testing both regeneration and reuse, I noticed quite a performance difference.
