As I said there is not a built in way to do it.
For both slidy and xhtml you need a custom asciidoc.conf in the document
directory or http://www.methods.co.nz/asciidoc/userguide.html#X27 item
5. (slidy uses xhtml.conf so the same change works for both)
Copy just the [admonitionblock] section from the system xhtml11.conf and
change the .png occurances and the data:image/png if you are embedding
the image.

graphics format.
You could also manually set the 'icon' attribute in your source code see:

Slidy2 is an external plugin so I don't know, maybe the developer can
help you. It may work as above, maybe just try it first.
