miscellaneous.tabsize=0
is not allowed in asciidoc-8.6.8/asciidoc.py:
set_if_int_gt_zero('tabsize', d)
it only works with include::<file>[tabsize=0].That contradicts the documentation: http://www.methods.co.nz/asciidoc/userguide.html#_miscellaneous_section "A tabsize of zero suppresses tab expansion (useful when piping included files through block filters)." --julm
