I'm using the a2x toolchain so I can create HTML with a clickable TOC. This adds sect3 entries to the TOC correctly...
a2x -d book -f xhtml --xsltproc-opts "--stringparam toc.section.depth 3" book-*.txt However... when sect4 entries are added the TOC numbering drops... a2x -d book -f xhtml --xsltproc-opts "--stringparam toc.section.depth 4" book-*.txt I'm looking through the docbook stylesheet docs right now looking for the parameter that effects TOC numbering. If you happen to know the correct parameter to set, let me know.
