Hi,
I have a cosmetic problem about some titles in TOC on my PDF file,
generated by asciidoc and a2x.
If I have a section depth greater then 3, the title on TOC looks like this:
11.6.9 Title YYYY ------> looks fine
*11.6.10Title XXXX * ----> no space between chapter and Title
*11.6.10.1Title ZZZZ* ----> no space between chapter and Title
So, How can I add a space between chapter and Title in the last two cases ?
