Thanks for your answer, but as this issue is related to html5.conf  (the
html base backend), see lines 630-633

# Article, book header.
ifndef::doctype-manpage[]
<div id="header">
ifndef::notitle[<h1>{doctitle}</h1>]

And I'm not a Python expert, how could we solve it

I want to have {doctitle} without html tags.

Hope my question is enough clear ?
