Hello everybody,

Today I would like to share my experience and works on the new asciidoc
bootstrap backend initiated by Dan Allen [1].

Since a week now, I've learn a lot about asciidoc and Dan based works.

So, my version 1.1.0 renamed simply "bootstrap" [2] ( I've created a new
branch v1-1-0 on my forked copy ), allow :

- add support for pygments source-code highlighter
- used default and standard linkcss asciidoc attribute to link assets
rather than link-assets (in bootstrap-docs)
- add support of asciidoc theme (see it in real condition [3])
- with a simple attribute :sidebar: allow to place the TOC on left or right
side
- add support of sidebar blocks ( not yet supported by bootstrap-docs 1.0.0
[4] )

Feel free to give your feedback or any comments

- Laurent
