In case anyone is interested, I have placed on github a sample production layout which includes folders for books in AsciiDoc (using multiple AsciiDoc files) and output with Apache FOP 1.1. The repository is at https://github.com/shawngiese/mydocs and there are some sample output from one of the book templates at https://github.com/shawngiese/mydocs/tree/master/book1/output. Currently I write in AsciiDoc using the Sublime text editor and I really like how from a simple text format I can build multiple outputs right from the editor (with some custom build scripts). //Shawn
