Hi Andreas,

Asciidoc doesn't support revhistory itself.

The undocumented attribute revisionhistory  (Hint Stuart, at least I
couldn't find it documented :) will load a docbook file in the
document directory called <document name>-revhistory.xml containing
the revhistory entity.
