The file is included in the package and installed in /etc/asciidoc.
asciidoc -b html5 -a icons -a toc2 -a theme=flask faq.txt
formorer@smithers /tmp %
it also works here without problems.
Please show me the output of:
1) dpkg -l asciidoc
2) dpkg -L asciidoc | grep html5.conf
