Reading AsciiDoc User's Manual -
Lists<http://www.methods.co.nz/asciidoc/userguide.html#X64> I
find no mention of how to create multiple numeric lists... of the form...
1. one
1.1. two
1.1.1. three
1.1.2. four
1.1.3. five
Let me know if this is possible and if it is, where to look in the manual.
