This works by transposing the cell to be on a line by itself. Consider the
following table:

|===
| word | two words | word
|===

To get a line break between "two" and "words", lay it out as follows:

[cols="3"]
|===
| word
| two +
words
| word
|===

That's one of the coolest parts of the AsciiDoc psv table syntax.
