Hi,

What you did wrong was using dblatex.

The sagehill books apply to FOP only, see FAQ #3 for dblatex
references.  You will see dblatex does not have these parameters.

BTW it does work for FOP.

If you want to do it in dblatex I guess you have to use custom latex
styles, but thats beyond the scope of this list.
