Actually, I misunderstood the question. include::file.rb[] is the correct
way to include.

...however, I'm getting the same thing on my system all of a sudden
too...the source highlighter filter isn't working properly. Perhaps an
update in Linux / Python somehow killed it? Something strange is going on.
