Ahh...I invoke asciidoc.py thusly
asciidoc.py -b xhtml11 -a icons -a toc2 -a theme=volnitsky
my_file_in_AsciiDoc_format
just tried adding -a iconsdir= ... like this
asciidoc.py -b xhtml11 -a icons -a toc2 -a theme=volnitsky -a
theme=volnitsky -a iconsdir=(my_path_to_iconsdir)
my_file_in_AsciiDoc_format
