The best way to accomplish that is using a CSS class. Just put the content
in an open block and give it a role:

[role="address"]

Alternatively, you could use an example block instead of an open block,
which is ====

The edit the stylesheet and add a line like:

.address {
  width: 250px;
  float: right;
  text-align: center;
}

/* this is a CSS trick to stop the floating below the block */
.address::after {
  clear: both;
}

You shouldn't feel hesitant to edit the stylesheet. I highly recommend
copying the stylesheet into the directory of your project and point to it
in the document:

:stylesheet: custom.css
