Add :ascii-ids: in the header section.

Version 8.6.7 (2012-03-17)

   -

If the *ascii-ids* attribute is defined then non-ascii characters in
   auto-generated IDs are
replaced<http://groups.google.com/group/asciidoc/browse_thread/thread/33e99b78e2472122>by
their nearest ascii equivalents (to work around DocBook processor
   limitations).
