In AsciiDoc, no, there isn't atm. In Asciidoctor it's possible by enabling the linkattrs attribute.
In my opinion, this is a bug in AsciiDoc. The link macro does not support attributes (within the square brackets) like most other macros do (in particular, the image macro).
