In AsciiDoc, no, there isn't atm. In Asciidoctor it's possible by enabling
the linkattrs attribute.

In my opinion, this is a bug in AsciiDoc. The link macro does not support
attributes (within the square brackets) like most other macros do (in
particular, the image macro). Many more things would be possible if
AsciiDoc supported attributes in the link attribute (role, target window,
etc).
