Dear all I have to work With colleagues which are using lot of long footnotes. Thus i have to replace all commas by unicode equivalent. The text becomes unreadable. Is there a way to tell asciidoc to search something else than a comma to separate footnote index and text? Something like footnoteref(index;text) would be less painfull by keeping me from replacing all commas.
