Hi everybody,

For those who don't know me yet, I'm the contributor that has continue to
work on Dan Allen works [1], and produce the new backend [2].

Almost one year later, I'm happy with work already done. Sadly, I"ve
noticed that even if this backend match some parts of my need, it was
limited to one presentation template.
It's difficult to use another template without hacking the core of backend
itself.

This is the main reason, why I've decided few days ago to rewrite the
backend for a next generation : this version 3.0 should

- support presence of optional navbar ( default, static, fixed, inverse )
- support presence of optional jumbotron
- support the basic behavior of AsciiDoc Table Of Contents ( no more need
to hack the javascript as I did in past )
- support theme produced by bootswatch (for example)
- support at least Bootstrap 2.3.2 and I hope finally Bootstrap 3.0

In waiting the final version that should come in next days now, have a look
at

Hope you'll enjoy it.
All examples are fully responsive.
