If I attempt to use a comma in a footnote reference like so:
footnoteref:[awesome, AsciiDoc is, in my opinion, awesome]
it does not render correctly -- the footnote stops before the first comma.
I've tried escaping the commas with a backslash, but that didn't work
either.
Is there an easy way to include commas in a footnote?
