in the last version of ad-editor (
http://wildfly-mgreau.rhcloud.com/ad-editor/) there is a complete 
side-by-side offline mode which allow you to see your asciidoc rendered in 
real-time thanks to asciidoctor.js and Opal.js.
FYI, I currently use an iframe in order to render the HTML but I'll maybe 
use this 
angular-asciidoc-directive 
https://github.com/anthonny/angular-asciidoc-directive 
which use Opal.js and Angular without frame.
